Durations/Usual Hours Per Week: Permanent, full-time. 40 hours/week minimum

Shift/Work Days: First Shift. Monday-Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description Summary: Collate and analyze both internal and external data to create insightful reporting that shapes important strategic decisions.


  • Manage Sales leads, the Sales Funnel, and RFQ process. Track data and create weekly reports to ensure that leads are followed up with in a timely manner, determine win/loss ratio, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the weekly Quote meeting.
  • Analyze margin/profitability by account. Identify low margin business and work with
  • Account Managers to improve profitability.
  • Promptly and accurately respond to customers’ technical questions via email and telephone.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the SNC line and capabilities.
  • Work across departments to drive quotes to completion to meet goals.
  • Uphold highest level of customer service.
  • Support co-workers within the department.
  • Maintain customer records in the database (CRM/ERP).
  • Upon request, attend customer sites or trade shows to support sales.
  • Support marketing activities as directed by the VP, Sales & Marketing.
  • Gather and analyze diverse data to understand problems and bring them to light.
  • Communicate with the management team in order to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collate and analyze data, in order to effectively forecast sales trends.
  • Review sales data from the past, in order to better understand productivity trends.
  • Generate accurate, clear reports and explain complex trends.
  • Regularly share actionable information with the sales and management team.

  • Education and/or Experience:Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and 5 years of technical support experience. Prior experience and/or knowledge of the electrical industry and transformer industry knowledge a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. Communicate clearly with staff, customers, and other key members in the company while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and/or oral instructions. Being able to quickly assess large amounts of information and data is very important. The ability to consider and evaluate the interrelationships of numerous factors and to select the best course of action is imperative. In the absence of enough information, sound intuitive judgment is crucial to reaching favorable decisions. Certain qualities, including self-confidence, motivation, decisiveness, and flexibility, as well as the ability to communicate effectively, and sound business judgment are important. The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
